1 Walk-through
We measure the house and talk through what you want and roughly what it costs.
Weeks 0 to 1.
2 Drawings and fixed price
Our designer draws it up. You get one price for the whole job before anything is signed.
Weeks 1 to 4.
3 Build
One project lead runs the site, with a written update every Friday.
Weeks 4 to 24.
4 Punch list and warranty walk
We walk the house with you and fix every item on the list.
Weeks 24 to 26.
